Clue®2 provides an intuitive and easy-to-learn Operation and Case Management application, Clue® Sentinel. All aspects of Operation and Case Management are catered for - no matter how large or how small the enquiry may be. Clue® Sentinel supports effective management of operations, allowing any number of exhibits, statements and other information to be recorded, sorted and searched. The data entered into this system can be used by Clue® Counsel to produce the court case papers for an investigation.
Data integrity is ensured at all times, with the enforcement of access levels, password levels and mandatory fields. Sensitive operations and/or operations which are in progress can be kept separate from the main operations database, until it is decided specifically to allow the release of this operational information to other members of the team. Consequently, complete integrity of the investigation is maintained.
Intelligence Operations
In addition, Clue® Sentinel supports intelligence and analysis requirements in the growing environment of pro-active policing. Particular use is made of Clue®2's facilities for searching and linking records and interrogating many databases with a single search.
