Training

Ensuring users, from end users to System Administrators, have a thorough understanding of their system - freeing up time for investigative tasks

Each Clue®2 training course is designed for a specific target audience, with each course tailored to capture the solution that is being delivered within an organisation. Training can be provided on site at the customer location or at our dedicated facilities in our Bristol office. Each course is delivered by an instructor and includes practical examples. The instructor will adapt the course to your specific requirements, where appropriate.

The courses available include the following:

Clue®2 Researcher User Course

Duration: 1 day
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with a basic knowledge of the Clue®2 software. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples. At the end of the course the delegates should be able to search the Clue® databases, open records and navigate through these records.
Pre-requisites: Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.

Clue® Sentinel Operations Course

Duration: 2 days
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with an in-depth knowledge of the Clue® Sentinel Operations software. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples. At the end of the course the delegates should be able to run an operation in the Clue®2 system.
Pre-requisites: Although some basic knowledge of the Clue®2 system is advisable, it is not mandatory. Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.

Clue® Counsel Course

Duration: 1 day
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with an in-depth knowledge of the Clue® Counsel software. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples. At the end of the course the delegates should be able to prepare case papers for admission to court.
Pre-requisites: Attendance on the Clue® Sentinel Operations course, or an in-depth knowledge of the Clue® Sentinel Operations system. Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.

Clue® Financial Investigators Unit Course

Duration: 1 day
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with an in-depth knowledge of the Clue® Financial Investigators software. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples. At the end of the course the delegates should be able to run, create and maintain records holding financial details on a person or company, and be able to produce Production Orders and other forms for court.
Pre-requisites: Attendance on the Clue® Sentinel Operations course, or an in-depth knowledge of the Clue® Sentinel Operations system. Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.

Clue®2 Enterprise General User Course

Duration: 1 day
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with an in-depth knowledge of the Clue®2 Enterprise application. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples.
Pre-requisites: Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.

Clue®2 Enterprise Advanced User Course

Duration: 2 days
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with an in-depth knowledge of the Clue®2 Enterprise application, with the more advanced functions of ClueMap, ClueChart and Quick Report. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples.
Pre-requisites: Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.

Clue®2 Administrators Course

Duration: 2 days
Course Objectives: The main objective is to provide the delegates with an in-depth knowledge of administering a Clue®2 installation. This is achieved through hands-on training using given examples.
Pre-requisites: Attendance on the Clue® Sentinel Operations course, or an in-depth knowledge of the Clue® Sentinel Operations system. Trainees should be familiar with the Windows operating system on which the software will run.
