Highly skilled Project Managers work with the customer's project teams to ensure a timely and successful implementation. Our customers can benefit from a fully managed project which utilises the industry standard PRINCE2 methodology.
All our Project Managers have a great deal of experience in delivering Clue®2 and other IT projects, providing the customer with assurance across all areas of the implementation, such as scope, risk, key milestones, quality and compliance with the business case.
BOM recognises that regular communication between the customer and the Project Manager is an essential part of a successful project. Scheduled checkpoint meetings and regular discussions guarantee effective communication.
