Account Management

Providing a single point of contact to resolve any issues in a timely manner

On completion of a successful implementation, a dedicated Account Manager is allocated to each customer, thus providing a single point of contact to deal with the day to day running of the account. Regular face to face meetings are scheduled at the customer's request, providing the opportunity for any issues to be raised and resolved in a timely manner. This allows BOM to pro-actively monitor customer requirements and collate feedback, which may be beneficial to the Clue®2 user community.

All Clue®2 Account Mangers have extensive experience in customer relationship building, and strive to ensure that the customer and end users are getting the most from the application.
