Clue® Sentinel FIU is a powerful central system for recording and managing all details relating to a subject person or company and their financial assets. The module provides the facility to generate Production Orders and supporting information, POCA Applications, Cash Seizure forms, and Restraint Orders, as well as various Statements with self-totalling summaries.
The system is very flexible and can be used to run pro-active FIU operations or to manage FIU activities relating to criminal investigations run by other units/squads, such as Fraud or Drugs.
Record types can easily be added to the FIU system from Clue® Sentinel, enabling links to be made to statements, intelligence, actions, property, case file preparation and other operational records. All information entered onto the Clue®2 system is fully searchable using the powerful free-text search engine, enabling connections between different pieces of information to be detected quickly and easily.
Clue® Sentinel FIU enables information to be collated for statistical purposes in 15 key areas, e.g. number of Restraint Orders, and value of assets traced, both on a monthly and 'year to date' basis. Utilities include an Assets Summary report and a Lifestyle Form compiler. The former can be generated for each Nominal and then printed, whilst the latter automatically calculates a person's outgoings over a range of pre-selected periods.
Clue® Sentinel FIU provides the following Resources:
All documents can be protectively marked, with or without a marking descriptor; depending on access rights these markings can be changed by the user to reflect a document's status.
These are key records that hold all the necessary information on a subject person or company, e.g. bank account and loan details, identified assets, associates and related people. These provide the source information for Production Orders, POCA Applications, asset registers and statistics. Assets and any loans relating to them are linked and readily identified.
Production Orders / POCA Applications for the relevant Act can be easily produced from the Person or Company Nominal record, either in relation to account details held on the system or for the Inland Revenue, Land Registry, Telecoms providers, and numerous other pre-defined types including a 'miscellaneous' format. Default paragraphs are included in the Production Order / POCA Applications and are editable to cater for individual circumstances. Production Orders and POCA Applications include:
Having created the Production Orders, the 'Information In Support' documentation can be created and associated with any number of Orders to which it may relate. The whole package can then be printed in one operation.
The Cash Seizure Forms include the following:
