Quick Report
Quick Report enables the swift production of sophisticated statistical reports on your existing investigative data using Microsoft® Word or Excel. For example, you can quickly view and create the following:
- Management Information reports, such as statutory and workload reports.
- Targeting reports, such as crime area and offences committed.
From within Microsoft® Word or Excel, the Clue®2 'Search Criteria Builder' is made available; this returns the same result columns as those presented during a normal Clue®2 application Split Search. The 'Search Criteria Builder' enables the quick and easy production of checklists and complex statistics virtually at the press of a button. It also facilitates the production of Home Office returns, e.g. crime statistics, and is an excellent method of analysing and tracking data in a graphical manner, e.g. crimes outstanding, crime completion, workload of the crime management unit, and intelligence reports such as active sources.
The Quick Reports can be set up not only to bring back the required data in Excel, but also to automatically update any pivot tables or charts based on the data returned.
