Rapid Linking and Searching of Nominal Records
Clue® Mentor consists of five core Nominals that enable details of persons, addresses, organisations, vehicles and communications to be rapidly recorded, linked and searched.

Enhanced Visual Tools
Enhanced visualisation tools provide link charts, mapping facilities and graphical representation of search results and relationships through ClueMap and ClueChart.
Quick Report facility
A Quick Report facility is provided to facilitate the export of data directly into a Microsoft® Word or Excel document. We use the same 'Search Criteria Builder' and return the same result columns as those presented during a normal Split Search.
This enables the quick and easy production of checklists and complex statistics virtually at the press of a button. It also facilitates the production of Home Office returns, e.g. crime statistics, and is an excellent method of analysing and tracking data in a graphical manner, e.g. crimes outstanding, crime completion, workload of the crime management unit and intelligence reports such as active sources.
The Quick Reports can be set up not only to bring back the required data in Excel, but also to automatically update any pivot tables or charts based on the data returned.
